1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the UR Physio Clinic website at jaipur.urphysio.in (and its temporary staging domain) and your access to physiotherapy services provided by UR Physio Clinic (“UR Physio”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By visiting our website, booking an appointment, or receiving treatment at our clinic or through a home visit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Our Services
UR Physio Clinic provides professional physiotherapy services including but not limited to:
- Assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions (back pain, knee pain, shoulder, neck)
- Sports injury rehabilitation
- Post-operative and post-fracture rehabilitation
- Neurological rehabilitation (stroke, paralysis, Bell’s palsy)
- Geriatric and women’s health physiotherapy
- Home physiotherapy visits across Jaipur
All services are provided under the clinical supervision of Dr. Suman Choudhary, BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.
UR Physio does not provide emergency medical services. In the event of a medical emergency, please call emergency services immediately (dial 112 or proceed to the nearest hospital).
3. Appointments & Cancellations
Booking: Appointments can be booked by calling or WhatsApp messaging +91 7878004780. An appointment is confirmed only once you receive acknowledgement from our team.
Punctuality: Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, and the full session fee may still apply.
Cancellation by Patient:
- We request at least 4 hours’ notice for clinic appointment cancellations.
- For home visits, we request at least 6 hours’ notice, as the therapist may already be in transit.
- Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in pre-payment being required for future bookings.
Cancellation by UR Physio: In rare cases, we may need to reschedule appointments due to medical emergencies, staff unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you at the earliest and offer an alternative time.
No-shows: Patients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may be required to pay a partial session fee before rescheduling.
4. Home Visit Services
UR Physio provides home physiotherapy services across Murlipura, Vidhyadhar Nagar, Harmada, Govindpura, and other areas in Jaipur.
- Home visits are subject to availability and geographic coverage at the time of booking.
- A safe, clean, and adequately lit space should be made available for treatment. The treating therapist may decline to proceed if the environment is assessed as clinically unsafe.
- An adult family member or caregiver should ideally be present during home sessions, particularly for elderly or paediatric patients.
- Travel charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of booking and are in addition to the session fee.
- Home visit sessions follow the same cancellation policy as clinic sessions. Additional cancellation charges may apply to cover travel inconvenience for late cancellations of home visits.
5. Payment & Fees
Session fees are communicated at the time of booking or on enquiry. Fees are subject to change; the applicable fee is the one confirmed at the time of booking.
- Payment is due at the end of each session unless a package arrangement has been agreed in advance.
- We accept cash, UPI, and other payment modes as available at the clinic.
- Package sessions, if purchased, are non-transferable and non-refundable once sessions have commenced, except in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of UR Physio.
- Receipts will be provided on request.
Note on Insurance: UR Physio Clinic does not currently process health insurance claims directly. Patients seeking reimbursement from their insurer should request itemised receipts, which we are happy to provide.
6. Medical Disclaimer

7. Patient Responsibilities
To ensure the best possible care and outcomes, patients are expected to:
- Provide honest and complete information about their health, medical history, and symptoms.
- Follow the treatment plan, home exercises, and advice prescribed by Dr. Suman Choudhary.
- Communicate openly if they experience discomfort, pain, or side-effects during or after treatment.
- Attend sessions as scheduled and give adequate notice of cancellations.
- Treat clinic staff with respect and courtesy. UR Physio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is abusive, threatening, or behaves inappropriately.
- Not request or expect treatment that falls outside the scope of physiotherapy practice.
8. Website Use
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not:
- Use our website in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws.
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without our prior written permission.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or systems.
- Submit false or misleading information through our contact forms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
We encourage patients to first raise any concerns directly with us. Most issues can be resolved through a simple conversation, and we are committed to providing a fair and prompt resolution to any feedback or complaint.
